Returns & Exchange Policy – Lakshmi Sarees
We want you to love your saree. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible for exchange:
- Item received in damaged or defective condition
- Incorrect item delivered
Not eligible for exchange:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at lakshmisarees.connect@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of delivery.
